ცირკულარული ეკონომიკის კონცეფცია და მისი დანერგვის საერთაშორისო გამოცდილება

თანამედროვე ეტაპზე ხაზოვანი ეკონომიკის არამდგრადი ბუნების გამო წარმოიშვა ცირკულარული ეკონომიკური მოდელის დანერგვის საჭიროება, რომელმაც უნდა უზრუნველყოს ეკონომიკური ზრდა, გარემოს დაცვის მდგრადობა და კეთილდღეობა. კვლევის მიზანია ცირკულარული ეკონომიკის კონცეფციის დახასიათება, საერთაშორისო გამოცდილების განზოგადება და შეფასება, მისი დანერგვის წინააღმდეგობების გამოვლენა და საქართველოს ეკონომიკური განვითარების ხანგრძლივვადიან პერსპექტივაში ცირკულარული ეკონომიკის სტრატეგიის შემუშავების აუცილებლობის დასაბუთება. სტატიაში გაანალიზებულია, თუ რატომ იცვლება ხაზობრივი ეკონომიკა ცირკულარულით, გაანალიზებულია ცირკულარული ეკონომიკის თავისებურებები და მიმოხილულია სხვადასხვა ქვეყნების სტარტეგიული მიმართულებები. აღნიშნულია, რომ გარდამავალ ეტაპზე მისი დარეგვა შესაძლებელია ნეგატიურობითაც ხასიათდებოდეს და მრავალი რისკ-ფაქტორთან იყოს დაკავშირებული, მაგარმ გრძელვადიან პერსპექტივაში იგი მომგებიანი და სარგებლიანია ეკონომიკისათვის.
