Abstract

The paper presents an experimental study of the deformation of a cantilever bar with a linearly varying cross-section under thermomechanical loading. The experimental setup and the sequence of the tests are described. The measurement results under static thermomechanical loading are given in tables. The free vibrations of the cantilever bar are investigated. It is determined that the natural vibration frequency decreases with increasing temperature.
