Abstract

The paper analyses the opportunities of designing building structures from thin-walled lightweight profiles of steel and their utilization while performing different building and reconstruction works. It highlights the main priorities of building method of steel thin-walled lightweight profiles and comparative analysis of their mechanic and technological characteristics; furthermore, it implies joint types used during the construction designing together with their positive and negative sides.
