Abstract

Modernity has become much more demanding of state governance. This is due to the desire of society for state governance to be based on modern principles of management and leadership. The results of this have a positive impact on the intensity and quality of the development of short, medium or long-term perspective projects, on the active, positive involvement of society and organizations in this process. The achievement of this largely depends on a change in the philosophy of state governance, when actions focused on increasing the responsibility of a member of society and the formation of state consciousness determine the perspective, perfection and sustainability. The study confirms that in the majority of developing countries, the current state of state governance is far from ideal. Here, the opinion is expressed that the formation of a better environment is really possible as a result of taking into account international experience, on the one hand, and, on the other, as a result of thoughtfully coordinated, purposeful actions of the country's government and society.
